Brentwood hotel sells again in foreclosure

A long, twisting path through bankruptcy court and foreclosure for the would-be Brentwood Crowne Plaza Hotel has taken another the turn.

The property, formerly a Holiday Inn flag, has been sold through foreclosure for the second time in a little more than a year. In the latest sale, Clarksville-based Eagle Hospitality bought the property for $10.1 million.{+}

  1. This does not come as a total shock as many subs are still owed money from the work they did 6 months ago.
