Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus with Snapdragon 435, 3GB RAM and 32GB Storage to start Selling on April 28 for €200

Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus

At couple of weeks ago, the Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus left the rumor mills to become something real, but the budget phone was not made available for purchase immediately.

If you have been waiting for it, well, the release date has now been confirmed, alongside the prices for the different models available. According to the Chinese OEM, those in the local market can start buying the Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus as from April 28, which is actually this week Friday.

Note that the Enjoy 7 Plus will only be selling in China on this mentioned date, but we expect it to start crossing borders in due course. However, don’t be surprised if the phone came to your local market with a different name from what you already know, but the specs will definitely remain unchanged. Huawei is notorious when it comes to changing names of devices with respect to markets, something that we’ve also seen with some Samsung handsets.

In China, the Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus will be available at a price of CNY 1499, which translates to about €200 or just under $220. This price tag is for the base model, which houses a 3GB RAM and an expandable storage of 32GB. If this is not enough for you, there’s a high-end 64GB storage variant valued at CNY 1699, which is approximately €227 or about $245. In addition to carrying twice the storage available on the base model, this variant also ups the performance game, coming in with 4GB RAM.

As for the rest of the specs, everything remains unchanged. This means you get a 5.5-inch display screen with HD resolution and a 2.5D curved glass on top, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC that has a clock speed of 1.4GHz and is paired with an Adreno 505 GPU. For the optics, the Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus has a decent 12MP shooter on the back with AF, LED flash and 1080p video recording while the front has an 8MP shooter for selfies.

There’s a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, support for 4G LTE connectivity and a huge 4000mAh battery that is charged via a microUSB port. Software-wise, the Enjoy 7 Plus has the latest Android 7.0 Nougat running the show.
