Alleged Xiaomi Mi CC11 (2107119DC) Gets Certified in China

Xiaomi is reportedly working to bring Mi CC9 Pro successor which might launch as Xiaomi Mi CC11.

Xiaomi’s Mi CC series has been very quiet after unveiling the Mi CC9 Pro in 2019. The CC series mainly focuses on bringing camera-centric smartphones. Mi CC9 Pro is the last released CC series phone which was one of the best camera phones at that time and stayed at the top on DxOMark’s best camera phones list for a while.

As per Chinese sources, Xiaomi Mi CC10 has been put on hold and the company may directly launch Xiaomi Mi CC11 instead. Although the Mi CC series has been quiet for a while, it will continue to release more new phones, as per Wei Siqi, an earlier Xiaomi product manager for the CC series.

Chinese tipster, Digital Chat Station has discovered a new Xiaomi phone on the MIIT certification which carries codename “K9D“. According to him, this new model number 2107119DC belongs to the Mi CC series. Speculations are that the K9D might be called Xioami Mi CC11. The MIIT listing does not reveal any key specifications apart from confirming the 5G connectivity.

Xiaomi Mi CC10

Past reports have revealed that Xiaomi is also working on a camera-centric device that is code-named “CAS”. It is rumored to launch as Xiaomi Mi CC10. The phone is said to be equipped with Samsung’s 100-megapixel primary sensor that will offer improved image quality than the 100-megapixel sensor used in Mi CC9 Pro. It may support 12x optical zoom and 120x digital zoom, which is the highest ever for a smartphone. The Mi CC10 is said to come with an OLED panel, 8GB RAM, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 775G SoC.
