The User Agent profile of the upcoming Huawei Honor V20 with the model number PCT-L29 reveals some important details such as display resolution and Android version.
Honor V20 (or) View 20 will be arriving as the successor of the Honor V10 that was announced in November last year.
The CMIIT and 3C certifications have already revealed that the PCT-AL10 and PCT-TL10 are the model numbers of Honor V20 smartphone for China which would be known as Glory V20. The PCT-L29 smartphone that was certified by EEC in the recent revealed that will be hitting the European market with Honor View 20 moniker.
Honor V20 Screen Resolution
The UAProf of Honor PCT-L29 has revealed that it will be supporting Full HD+ resolution of 2310 x 1080 pixels. A leaked snapshot of the display panel of the phone that had surfaced in the previous month had also suggested that it would be featuring a new display design that features a hole for the front camera. This will allow the Honor V20 to offer a very high screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone will come preloaded with Android 9 Pie OS.
Through the 3C certification of the smartphone, it has been revealed that it will be carrying support for 22.5W fast charging. Like the predecessor model, it will be a flagship smartphone. Hence, it is very likely to feature Kirin 980 chipset. The upcoming Honor flagship could be equipped with triple rear cameras. but it may feature Lecia branding found on Huawei’s flagship phones. The other details of the smartphone are expected to surface in the coming weeks.
Honor View 20 Release Date
The Honor V20 was expected to go official in November, its launch seems to have been delayed as the Kirin 980 powered Honor Magic 2 smartphone was announced in October. Some rumors claim that the phone may go official on December 27. The handset is likely to carry a starting price of 2,799 Yuan ($409).
