The rumor mill has churned out a lot of interesting information about the upcoming Redmi K80 lineup by Xiaomi’s sub-brand.
This series is expected to feature three variants comprising the Redmi K80, K80e, and K80 Pro. Most of the details available are about the K80 and K80 Pro models.
The latest leak that has emerged on China’s exclusive social media platforms reveals an image that shows what exactly the Redmi K80 will look like. The image focuses on the back panel of the K80.
Real-Life Image of the Redmi K80
The real-life image of the phone hints that the manufacturer has made a major revamp to the series. The back panel shows a striking similarity to the Xiaomi Civi smartphones focused on selfies. There are three cameras surrounded by a circular frame with a 50 MP inscription indicating the resolution of the primary shooter.
The back panel appears to have a shiny appearance showing that the smartphone may have a glass back. The right side will incorporate the power key and volume rocker.
Expected Specifications
Past leaks have indicated only the camera details of the Pro variant. The handset will have an OmniVision Light Fusion 900 50 MP primary shooter, a telephoto 50 MP camera with support for 2.6x optical zoom, and a Samsung S5KKD1 32 MP ultra-wide lens.
The K80e will house the upcoming Dimensity 8400 chipset under the hood. On the other hand, the K80 and K80 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Snapdragon 8 Elite processors under their hoods.

The Redmi K80 will have an OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and an optical fingerprint scanner. On the other hand, the K80 Pro will have an OLED panel with a 2K resolution and an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Pro variant will be packed with a huge 6,000 mAh battery that offers support for 120 W rapid charging.
