Vivo, Xiaomi, and Oppo are actively working on the launch of their flagship series that includes the Vivo X300 Ultra, Xiaomi 16 Ultra, and Oppo Find X9 Ultra.

Several details have surfaced in the past about the different smartphones in each of the lineups.

A new leak has emerged that shares details about the sensors in the main cameras of the Ultra variants in each series. All the handsets will house the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset under their hoods.

Main Camera Sensors

The sensor details have been tipped through a Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station, who shares accurate details most of the time.

The Vivo X300 Ultra will house a Sony IMX09E primary sensor with a whopping resolution of 200 MP and a Lytia LYT-900 brand name. On the other hand, the main camera of the Xiaomi 16 Ultra will have an OmniVision OV50X sensor with a 50 MP resolution. The Oppo Find X9 Ultra will have the same configuration as that of the X300 Ultra for the primary camera.

Other Expected Camera Details

The main camera sensor in the Vivo X300 Ultra will have a size of 35 mm. The other two shooters in the triple camera setup on the rear will be an ultra-wide camera and a periscope telephoto camera with a Samsung HPB sensor and a 200 MP resolution.

As for the Xiaomi 16 Ultra, the smartphone will have three cameras on the back panel. The main lens will be a customized lens with a size of 1 inch. The remaining shooters will be an ultra-wide camera with a Sony LYT-600 sensor and a 50 MP resolution, and a periscope telephoto camera with 3x to 5x continuous optical zoom and a 200 MP resolution.

The Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be a show stealer with the quad-camera module on the back panel. The primary camera will have a customized sensor. The other three shooters will be a periscope camera with a 200 MP resolution, an ultra-wide freeform camera with a 50 MP resolution, and a secondary periscope camera with 200 x digital zoom support and a 50 MP resolution.
