As per a new Reddit post, 1BF, a prominent Telegram dataminer group, has claimed that October 10 has been finalized as the launch date for Battlefield 6.
In the same message, the dataminer group advised fans to exercise caution and be ready for a change in the future, as October 10 is the current release date, which could undergo a change later. As per the leak, there is a good possibility of the game getting a ‘Phantom Edition’, which would be modelled on the Ultimate Edition of Battlefield 2042.

In the past, the IBF Telegram has been responsible for churning out several rumors and leaks pertaining to Battlefield 6. Apart from sharing information related to gameplay, the group has also offered key details on concept art and Battlefield Labs Alpha.
Though nothing is confirmed as yet, the strategies employed by EA in the past make one believe that October 10 is when Battlefield 6 will be launched. While October 29 was chosen as the release date for Battlefield 4, Battlefield 5 came out on November 20. Battlefield 2042 was launched on November 19. Based on this trend, one arrives at the conclusion that EA believes October and November to be the right months to launch mainline Battlefield games.
