Treyarch has unveiled a new image of the Citadelle Des Morts Zombies map that will soon be a part of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. As fans are aware, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is currently in the middle of Season 1. In this season, one witnessed the launch of three new multiplayer maps along with a bunch of other content.
While the Zombies players were teased with the inclusion of a new map for Season 1, they were well aware of the fact that they would not be receiving it at the beginning of the season. Not too long ago, Treyarch shared a confirmation about Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 getting its new Zombies map added to Black Ops 6.

Recently, one got to see a new image of the map which was shared by Treyarch. In the image, one can see the village of Avalon. It is a quaint European town which players would have the opportunity to explore along with a few other locations including a haunting medieval castle. One can see some buildings and a well in the image. The castle, which can be seen in the background, gives one a fair idea about the setting of the new Black Ops 6 Zombies map. The map is expected to feature several locations that would have an eerie feel to them.

To get a better idea about what the map will offer, Call of Duty fans have no option but to be patient and wait for Citadelle Des Morts to be included in Black Ops 6. At the moment, fans know that the map will introduce them to Wonder Weapons and a new perk. The inclusion of these elements should make the game further interesting for players.

Upon its launch, Black Ops 6 Zombies gave players the opportunity to explore two full-fledged maps in the form of Terminus Island and Liberty Falls. The former comprises a bunch of characters that will be getting back for Citadelle Des Morts. The new map will serve as a continuation of the story in Terminus. Once the Citadelle Des Morts main quest is included on December 5, Black Ops 6 Zombies players will get the opportunity to play it. Among other things, fans should look forward to fresh story developments unfolding.
