The Ghost perk has been adversely affecting the gameplay in different ways for quite some time now!
Those playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 have pointed out issues they have encountered recently with the Ghost perk. Many of these issues were not fixed despite fresh updates being released by the game. Players were quick to observe that the Ghost perk was not working properly in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 during the pre-season and launch of Season 1 on November 14. An update, which was rolled out on November 15, was designed to resolve this issue. However, that did not happen.

The November 15 update of Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 1 introduced a variety of bug fixes and adjustments. It also brought to the fore a PlayStation 5 Pro Enhanced upgrade that has been designed to enhance the performance of gamers using the new console. The update also fixed an issue that resulted in the Ghost perk not being equipped after being permanently unlocked.
Before the update was launched, one came across reports about this peculiar bug registering its presence in the Black Ops 6 community. A large number of players felt dejected about the fact that they were not getting the opportunity to avail one of the best perks in the game. A few players stumbled upon workarounds that enabled them to use the Ghost perk again till the time the perk was unlocked. While the update with a fix is now accessible to all players, several users continue to face problems with the Ghost perk.
A Reddit user, who identifies themselves as cceles01, bore the brunt of the Ghost perk bug in Black Ops 6. Based on the comments and posts shared by users on the Reddit community, this issue continues to persist. Many users pointed out that they are not able to equip or unlock the Ghost perk.

In the meantime, players have found out a few workarounds for the Ghost perk bug. Apart from deleting locally saved data, you also have the option of getting the game reinstalled to unlock the perk. The perk can also be unlocked if you use a Prestige Token.

In a very short span of time, Black Ops 6 has emerged as a major success story. That, of course, should not divert one’s attention to the fact that the game continues to be affected by a plethora of issues.
