Activision has just released the patch notes for the Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2 update. If one goes by these patch notes, one can look forward to several important changes being incorporated into the game in the near future. Along with new weapons, players can look forward to a plethora of fresh perks, events and other content to be brought to the fore. Towards the commencement of December, the developers had rolled out the Call of Duty: Warzone Season 1 Reloaded update. This will be the first update to be released this year.

Earlier, the developers mentioned the improvements it will be making to the Ricochet anti-cheat with the Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2 update. For a long time, fans were waiting to get some information on what the new season can provide them with. Activision has finally shed some light on this.
Activision has unveiled the complete patch notes of the Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2 update which is scheduled to be out on January 28. One of the things fans can look forward to this season is the crossover with The Terminator franchise. The players, as a part of The Terminator Skull Drop event in Call of Duty: Warzone, will get the opportunity to unlock a bunch of rewards when they collect skulls via opening caches and opponent eliminations. This particular event will take place between February 6 and 20. On February 13, the Shadow Hunt event will kick off. In this event, players will be required to complete a set of challenges put across by Nocturne.
The Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2 update will mark the arrival of a new Battle Pass. Through this Battle Pass, players shall receive 110 pieces of unlockable content. Along with three new weapons, players will get an underbarrel Crossbow attachment, Blueprints, new Operators and several other exciting items.

Some of the new weapons that players will have access to are PPSh-41 Submachine Gun, Feng 82 Light Machine Gun, Cypher 091 Assault Rifle, and TR2 Marksman Rifle.
Players will also receive a new perk in the form of Reactive Armor. This particular Perk will lead to the armor getting regenerated up to 50% if the player manages not to take any damage in the last 5 seconds. This Perk will be made accessible to players through an event reward.
