The way the itemization system has been designed is something that has been bothering players for a while.
In June 3, Diablo 4 was given a global launch. Apart from offering an open-world experience to players, the game has stood out because of its contemporary action RPG elements. In these two years, the game has steadily climbed up the popularity charts. However, one cannot deny the fact that players have consistently faced some issues with the game.
The itemization system in the game is one of those things that players have had an issue with. In a game like Diablo 4, earning loot holds a lot of importance. While playing the game, players arrive at a certain point and realize that earning more loot is not always a better idea than try to get your hands on higher-quality loot.

The developers at Diablo 4 have made a conscious effort to enhance the overall frequency of quality loot. In Season 10, one could witness significant efforts being made to put endgame itemization in an area where longtime players do not face any further issues with it.
In Diablo 4 Season 4, one has already seen major improvements being made to itemization. The Loot Reborn season, for instance, customized the gear quality that would come to the fore depending on the World Tier of the player. When the World Tier system was let go of in Season 6 to accommodate Difficulties and Torment Tiers, no change was made in the dispersion of loot quality.
In Season 9, one can sense a gulf in exploring higher Torment Tiers and dealing with the difficulty of finding gear while opting for certain Uniques and Mythics. All this seems to have undergone an alteration since the beginning of Diablo 4 Season 10.
When one goes through the latest Diablo 4 PTR patch notes, one realizes it lists, in great detail, all the different methods that can be employed to earn significant loot on Torment Tiers. Different low-quality items, such as Rare and Magic, will not be a factor anymore, and one shall not see them getting dropped from the Tree of Whispers and the different side quests on Torment Tiers.

For the longest time, fans experienced a sense of disappointment while seeing these items getting dropped from a Whispers Cache.
Fans would be quite happy to see that drop rates are being improved in Season 10 for Uniques. In the near future, there is a good possibility of difficulty levels getting dropped. There will also be an enhancement in the quality of rewards from Helltides. One would also see loot pools for Lair Bosses getting expanded in order to accommodate new Unique drops.
