There is a possibility of Epic Games offering a new Holiday-themed Guff skin to fans for free!
A leaker, who is known for coming up with information pertaining to quite frequently, has brought one’s attention to the concept art of a new skin that players might have access to for free once the next major update of the game is rolled out. The next update of Fortnite is expected to mark the beginning of the annual Winterfest event. The event is known for introducing map alterations, new cosmetics, decorations and several other free items in the game.
In the recent past, one has seen Epic Games making a lot of effort to expand Fortnite by introducing several new elements to it.

This month itself, Fortnite released Chapter 6 Season 1, rolled out the first-person tactical shooter mode Ballistic and gave gamers the opportunity to try out the social experience Brick Life. It also gave players the chance to dial the clock back with Fortnite OG. LEGO Fortnite was rebranded as LEGO Fortnite Odyssey with a final boss and new features. Because of these recent additions, players now have several new ways at their disposal to play Fortnite and interact with each other.
Shiina BR, who has made quite a name for herself as a Fortnite leaker, recently shared a post on X stating that Epic Games is working towards putting together a new Fortnite skin that could be offered to players for free at zero cost during the game’s 2024 Winterfest event. In the skin, one is expected to come across Guff, a very popular character in the game.

The character could be seen wearing a costume that closely resembles a Christmas tree. Along with featuring Fortnite’s signature llamas at the top, the three also is laced with ornaments, a bell and a bow. If these rumors turn out to be true, this would end up being the third holiday-themed Guff skin added to the game in 2024. It must be mentioned here that Epic Games gave players the opportunity to claim two more free skins in the game a while back.

Earlier this year, one heard rumors about the new skin when Epic Games came up with a survey featuring the concept art for new Fortnite skins. Though many of the skins were never made a part of the game, one could see several skins being accessible in item shops and events. Since the developer rolled out a similar set of survey skins, fans are hopeful about two new cosmetics marking their arrival in Fortnite in 2025.
