Several details of the Samsung Galaxy S25 flagship series comprising the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra have been pouring in over the past few days.
The smartphones have also been listed on several certification platforms.
A new report now shares the Galaxy S25 storage configurations of the handsets. Incidentally, the S25 Ultra has recently been spotted on the Camera FV-5 and Thailand-based NBTC certification platforms. While both platform listings mention the model number of the smartphone, the FV-5 database entry does not reveal the moniker.
Multiple Storage Options
In a post on the popular X platform, tipster Arsene Lupin mentions that the base variant Galaxy S25 will support two storage choices of 128 GB and 256 GB.

On the other hand, the middle S25+ variant will offer 256 GB and 512 GB options for storage. In contrast, the top-end S25 Ultra will offer three storage alternatives comprising 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.
RAM Choices
The above tipster does not mention anything about the RAM choices in the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. However, another tipster Ice Universe has posted on the same platform that the costliest Ultra variant will support two RAM options of 12 GB and 16 GB. It is speculated that all three variants will support 12 GB RAM as a RAM option.

As for the processor, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is anticipated to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor worldwide. On the other hand, the Galaxy S25 and S25+ are likely to come with the manufacturer’s Exynos 2500 SoC in some countries and with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset in other markets.
Unlike the previous years, the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra will be followed by a fourth variant Galaxy S25 Slim. The regular variants will be launched in January 2025 whilst the Slim variant will arrive a few months later.
