The Galaxy S25 Slim will be one of the four smartphones in the upcoming Galaxy S25 lineup from Samsung.
The rumor mill has already churned out several details of the smartphone in the past. The recent Galaxy S25 Slim leak is now centered around the CAD renders of the handset.
Slim Design
Noteworthy tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer, better known as OnLeaks has revealed CAD renders of the S25 Slim. These renders give an insight into how the rear and back details of the smartphone. They indicate that the handset has the same design as that of the other smartphones in the series.

True to its name, the Galaxy S25 Slim has a very thin profile. Without the camera bump, the handset has a thickness of only 6.4 mm. This is considerably lesser than the 8.2 mm thickness of the top-end variant Galaxy S25 Ultra without considering the camera bump. Even with the camera bump, the Slim variant has a thickness of only 8.3 mm. With a size of 159 x 76 x 6.4 mm, the S25 Slim will also be a bit smaller than the S25 Ultra.
Expected S25 Slim Specifications
The S25 Slim will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from Qualcomm under the hood along with 12 GB RAM and a maximum storage of 512 GB. The smartphone will come with Android 15 topped with the manufacturer’s One UI 7 preinstalled.
There will be three cameras on the back that include a primary camera with the manufacturer’s HP5 sensor, a 200 MP resolution, and OIS support; a telephoto camera with a 50 MP resolution, 3.5x optical zoom, and AloP technology; as well as a JN5 ultra-wide sensor with a 50 MP resolution.

The handset will come equipped with an AMOLED 6.7- or 6.8-inch display with really thin bezels. To achieve the thin profile, the smartphone will draw its juice from a battery with less than 4,000 mAh capacity which may be a bit of a disappointment.
While the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra will be launched on the 22nd of January this year, the Galaxy S25 Slim is anticipated to mark its arrival a few months later in May.
