There have been various reports about the Galaxy S25 Slim, the new entry to the Galaxy S25 lineup.
Following this, the Galaxy S25 Slim smartphone has now been listed on the Geekbench platform revealing the processor and RAM under its hood.
Geekbench Listing
The Geekbench listing reveals only the model number SM-S937U. According to the listing, the smartphone scored 3005 points in the single-core test and 6945 points in the multi-core test.

The S25 Slim will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor like the other handsets, S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, in the lineup. It will also feature 12 GB RAM. The smartphone will run on Android 15.
Leaked S25 Slim Specifications
True to its name, the S25 Slim will be very thin with a thickness of slightly over 6 mm. The handset will incorporate a QHD+ display of 6.7 inches in size. Its battery will have a capacity ranging between 4700 mAh and 5000 mAh.
There will be three cameras on the back panel. These will be a primary shooter, a telephoto shooter with 3.5x optical zoom, and an ultra-wide shooter. While the main snapper has a 200 MP resolution, the telephoto and ultra-wide snappers will each have a resolution of 50 MP.

The above details indicate that the S25 Slim will be like an S25 Ultra in a smaller size and without an S Pen.
From the past leaks, it is not likely that the smartphone will launch with the other three handsets on the 22nd of this month. The Galaxy S25 Slim will see the light of day in about five to six months from now and will be released in around June or July 2025.
