The Galaxy S25 Slim will be the first Slim smartphone to be introduced in the Samsung S25 lineup.
Several details of the Galaxy S25 Slim smartphone have arrived in the past, far ahead of its launch. The latest leak talks about a new lens in the handset.
ALoP Lens
Going by the latest leak, the smartphone is expected to house a new telephoto zoom lens that will help the S25 Slim deliver extra zoom when compared to the S25+.

This lens will be an All Lens on Prism (ALoP) lens unveiled by the manufacturer last month and designed by ISOCELL.
How an ALoP Lens Works
Lenses incorporating ALoP technology will be positioned above a periscope prism and horizontally on the body of the S25 Slim. The setup uses a 10° angled sensor assembly and a 40° angled prism reflection surface. This kind of positioning will not result in an increased thickness. In contrast, conventional or standard folded zoom lenses have no support for wide lenses as this results in a size too big for a smartphone.

The ALoP lens has an 80 mm focal length that supports close to 3x digital zoom and an aperture of f2.58. Overall, the slim assembly and wide aperture of this lens make it a good choice for the S25 Slim.
Other Cameras on the Back Panel
Apart from the telephoto snapper, the S25 Slim will have two cameras on the rear. These snappers are a 200 MP HP5 primary camera and a 50 MP JN5 ultra-wide camera.
The Galaxy S25 Slim is not expected to break cover along with the remaining handsets in the Galaxy S25 lineup. The smartphone will arrive at a later date in the second quarter of next year with a thickness of less than 7 mm.
