The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has recently been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG Certification platform after the listing of the Tab S11.
Both Wi-Fi Only and 5G variants have been listed with the model numbers SM-X930 and SM-X936B, respectively.
The listing does not reveal any details about the slates. The only other information available, other than the model numbers, is the classification of the listed items as tablets.
Expected Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Details
Inferences from past reports reveal a few possible specifications of the Tab S11 Ultra. Some of them have been confirmed by the tablet’s listing on other platforms.

The slate will come with a display of size 14.6 inches. The display will portray a screen density of 280 DPI and feature a resolution of 1848 x 2960 pixels.
Under the hood, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will house a Dimensity 9400+ processor from MediaTek. This will be supplemented by 12 GB of RAM. There will also be a dedicated ARM Mali G925 Immortalis MC12 GPU. The tablet will run on Android 16, layered with the brand’s latest One UI 8.
In the battery department, the device will draw its power from an 11,600 mAh battery. This battery will feature 45 W wired fast charging support.
The tablet will have an IP68 protection rating. The Wi-Fi variant will support Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

The Tab S11 Ultra has been spotted on the Geekbench, EPREL, and Google Play Console databases. It has also been listed on the manufacturer’s test server.
The Galaxy Tab S11 series, comprising the Tab S11 and S11 Ultra, are anticipated to see the light of day in early September 2025. The Ultra variant is expected to break cover in India as well.
