Samsung is working on its next set of flagship foldables, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Z Fold 7.
The rumor mill has spilled the beans about various details of the smartphones in the past. A new leak now reveals the launch timeframe and venue of the handsets.
According to the new report by JoongAng that has emerged recently, the South Korean tech giant is expected to host its annual Galaxy Unpacked event in New York in the United States. The brand will use this event as an opportunity to introduce the two foldables.
Expected Galaxy Z Flip 7 Specs
The Z Flip 7 will have bigger cover and inner displays than its predecessor. The cover display will have a size of 4 inches, while the inner display will have a size of 6.85 inches.

The two handsets are also slated to share a few common specs. They will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Made for Galaxy chipset under the hood. This chipset is anticipated to have a higher peak clock speed than the standard variant. The foldables will ship with Android 16 and the manufacturer’s One UI 8 out of the box.
The report cited above mentions that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Z Fold 7 will see the light of day in early July. This falls in line with another earlier report that claims the foldables will break cover on July 4th, a few days before their predecessors did so last year.
