Details of the Pixel 10 lineup, including the base Google Pixel 10 model, have been doing the rounds.
One of the recent reports talked about the cooling system and camera specs of the smartphone. Now, the same report focuses on the display of the handset.
According to the report by Android Headlines, the Pixel 10 will have an FHD+ OLED display of 6.3 inches in size. The display will feature Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and support a refresh rate of 120 Hz. In the brightness department, the smartphone portrays a major leap.

In the high brightness mode, there will be a huge increase from 1800 nits to 2000 nits. On the other hand, the peak brightness will also have a steep increase from 2700 nits to 3000 nits.
Expected Specs
Like the Google Pixel 10, all other handsets in the lineup will also have brighter screens than their predecessors. However, while the base model does not support an adaptive refresh rate, the other smartphones will do so. The Pro and Pro XL variants will incorporate high-speed backlight modulation that helps in minimizing strain on the eyes.
The Pixel 10 depicts a revised camera setup. While the main camera will have a 48 MP resolution like the Pixel 9a, the resolution of the ultrawide camera will take a dip from 48 MP to 12 MP. However, the handset will have a new telephoto camera with a resolution of 10.8 MP and 5x zoom support as found in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Unlike the Pro variants, the base model will not support ultra-stable video recording and Ultra Res Zoom.

The smartphone will house the manufacturer’s Tensor G5 processor, fabricated from a 3nm process. It will support 12 GB of RAM and two storage choices of 128 GB and 256 GB like before.
On the battery front, the battery size is slightly bigger with a 4970 mAh capacity. The handset will support up to 15 W Qi2 wireless charging and 29 W wired charging.
After the brand’s official announcement on August 20th, the Google Pixel 10 will launch along with the other smartphones in the lineup a week later on August 28th.
