The Google Pixel 10 series has been in the news for some time now.

The lineup will include three normal smartphones and a foldable. These are the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The latest report about the series comes straight from the manufacturer, confirming the launch date. According to this report, Google has announced that it will host its upcoming Made by Google event in New York City on August 20th.

Expected Pixel 10 Series Details

The Pixel 10 series will portray quite a few camera upgrades. The ultrawide and telephoto sensors will offer macro support. According to an earlier report, the Pixel 10 standard variant will have a new lens with tele-macro mode support and 5x zoom.

This will help the lens to function like an ultrawide shooter for close-up shots and a telephoto snapper for long-distance shots.

The series will house the brand’s new Tensor G5 chipset under the hood. However, unlike in the case of the earlier lineups, Google will deviate from Samsung and depend on Tensor for production. This shift is speculated to usher in many enhancements such as better processing power, energy efficiency, and thermal performance.

The Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL will come with a 120 Hz refresh rate and LTPO OLED displays. They will have 6.3-inch and 6.8-inch displays, respectively.

The Pixel 10 Pro will support four storage options of 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB. On the other hand, the Pixel 10 Pro XL will lack a 128 GB storage option.
