Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced update

The patch notes give one an idea about changes brought in by the July 8 update.

On July 8, Rockstar Games rolled out a new update for Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced. Now, patch notes for this update have been released. As per the patch notes, this update has resolved two important issues. While one of the two issues revolved around the Weapon Wheel found in the weapon selection menu, the other problem was about GTA+ subscribers not getting the opportunity to claim a free reward. The patch has also brought in some regular fixed designs for improved security and better stability.

A majority of these fixes are functional in the Legacy version of the game.

If you are a Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced and Legacy player and have access to a mouse-and-keyboard setup, you will find it much smoother to switch weapons found in the Weapon Wheel. A while back, the pace was affected because of an issue, but now, it has been resolved.

GTA+ subscribers, who were not able to stake a claim on their free vehicle rewards in the Enhanced PC port, have the opportunity to do that now. The remaining fixes have been put under the classification “General fixes for stability and security” in the notes.

Some of the other fixes, however, do not find a mention in the patch notes. As per insider Tez2, a background update has enabled the resolution of an issue that was acting as a hindrance in the MTL Brickade 6×6 being put in the Freakshop after the completion of all “The First Dose” missions by the player.
