The setting of the game is Leonida, which is in Florida. Fans will also get the opportunity to revisit Vice City through this game. Vice City, which is a fictional take on Miami, was featured in the original GTA game way back in 1997.

If one revisits the leaked material from 2022, one has more reasons to believe that this unconfirmed information about the budget of the game could be true.
