With the release date of the game less than 12 months away, there is a limited chance of another trailer coming out.
Before Rockstar Games launched the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6 on May 6, 2025, many were not sure if the gaming studio would roll out a second trailer for the much-awaited game. The first trailer of GTA 6 was launched on December 4, 2023. Despite being quite brief in its length or duration, the trailer did the trick and left a lasting impression on fans.
Since the first trailer had generated enough hype, many believed that Rockstar will not release another trailer and launch the game directly. There was, however, a section of fans which was of the opinion that the studio will release another trailer for the game to ensure the hype around it lives on by the time it finally comes out.
Though it has been just two months since Rockstar rolled out the second trailer of GTA 6, fans are already waiting for the next trailer to come out. Both the trailers of GTA 6 were pretty short and therefore, fans have been wanting to see more material being released.

A while back, Rockstar announced that GTA 6 will be getting a worldwide launch on 26 May 2026. Earlier, the game was scheduled to release in the fall of 2025.
However, the development work required on the game led the studio to arrive at the decision to push its release further. This was, however, the first time that Rockstar had announced a definite release date for the game.
With less than a year to go before the release of GTA 6, one is not sure whether Rockstar will launch another trailer for GTA 6. If it does, it would help fans further in designing their expectations around the game.
