iPhone 17 Pro Not Likely to Have a Two-Tone Design

iPhone 17 Pro

The iPhone 17 Pro models, comprising the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max, are slated to undergo a major design change after the manufacturer opted for the same design for around seven years for the Pro series.

According to earlier renders, the iPhone 17 Pro reveals a two-tone finish on the rear panel and a revamped camera module.

However, a new leak has now emerged that makes us think otherwise. Going by what reliable Apple insider Mark Gurman has to say, the redefined camera module will still find its place on the smartphone while the brand may not opt for the two-tone design.

Expected Specs

The iPhone17 Pro and 17 Pro Max will have superior performance over the other smartphones in the 17 series with the manufacturer’s A19 Pro chipset under the hood. The handset will also feature 12 GB RAM as the standard option.

The Pro model will house an OLED 6.3-inch display with a 458 PPI pixel density and a resolution of 2622 x 1206. Like the Pro models of the past, this smartphone will also incorporate the manufacturer’s ProMotion technology and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

There will be three cameras on the back. These are a 48 MP main camera with PDAF and OIS, a 48 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 12 MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS and PDAF. There will also be a 12 MP front-facing camera and a dual LED flash unit.

The rear cameras will be arranged in a rectangular aluminum module.
