Several leaks have previously occurred about the iPhone 17 lineup. One of them is the most recent rumor that the iPhone 17 Pro Max will be renamed the iPhone 17 Ultra.
A new leak on the popular X platform by tipster Sonny Dickson reveals the dummy models of all four smartphones in the iPhone 17 series: the iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max (Ultra).

Design Details
The button layout is the same for all the four handsets is the same. The right side houses a camera control key and an action button while the left side reveals a mute switch and two volume buttons. They also have a Dynamic Island on their front panels and MagSafe charging on their back.

On the back, all variants have the same camera layout except the iPhone 17. The vanilla variant has its rear cameras arranged in a vertical alignment. This is also the only handset without a LED flash unit. The iPhone 17 Air will have an extra protrusion for its camera module and no telephoto camera.
iPhone 17 Lineup Size
The dummy models indicate that the iPhone 17 and 17 Pro will share the same size. They are expected to feature a height of 149.6 mm in the upright position and also have the same 6.3-inch display. The tallest handset in the series is the iPhone 17 Air with a height of 156 mm. It will also be the thinnest smartphone in the lineup.

The iPhone 17 series will be the first iPhone series to do away with its Plus variant. This variant has not received much attention from Apple fans in the last few series. The iPhone 17 Air is expected to fill in that space and be the thinnest iPhone from the manufacturer to date.
Apple is expected to follow its usual timeline strategy for launching the iPhone lineup. All smartphones in the series are likely to break cover at the same time in September 2025.
