There have been no dearth of rumors about the iPhone SE4 in the last couple of months.
The most recent leak by a noteworthy tipster hints that the smartphone may come with the Dynamic Island feature that is typically found in high-end iPhones.
Dynamic Island Display
According to a post on the popular X platform by well-known tipster Evan Blass, the brand will do away with the notch iPhone SE 4 and opt for a will have a Dynamic Island display. If this is true, this will be a major upgrade for the handset. It also means that the smartphone will have more screen real estate.

The inclusion of Dynamic Island will make the iPhone SE 4 look very much like the expensive iPhone 16 series counterparts. It would thus make sense for the handset to be called the iPhone 16e as stated in an earlier leak.
Expected iPhone SE4 Specifications
The iPhone SE4 is already rumored to boast of several other upgrades. The smartphone will be equipped with an OLED display that is 6.1 inches in size. Under the hood, it will be powered by 8 GB RAM and the manufacturer’s A18 chipset. The handset will draw its juice from a 3,279 mAh battery.

The smartphone will have a 48 MP primary camera with a Sony Exmor IMX904 sensor on the back and a 12 MP secondary camera on the front. The iPhone SE 4 will come in a size of 146.7 x 71.5 x 7.8 mm. The lightning port will give way to a USB Type-C port.
It was earlier stated that Apple would launch the affordable iPhone SE4 in March this year. However, it is now speculated to see the light of day a month later in April 2025.
