The iQOO 14 series will follow the iQOO 13 launched in October last year and the iQOO 14 Pro will be one of the smartphones in the series.
Very little details are known about the iQOO 14 series so far. However, a recent leak hints at the type of display panel in the Pro variant.
Samsung OLED Panels
The latest leak by tipster Smart Pikachu on Weibo does not mention the name of any smartphone. However, it does hint that Vivo and its sub-brand iQOO will deploy Samsung OLED panels in its handsets.

The iQOO 14 and iQOO 14 Pro will likely be included in this list. If this turns out to be true, then it will be a major change adopted by the manufacturer as both the iQOO 12 and iQOO 13 lineups have depended on Chinese manufacturers like Visionox and BOE for their OLED panels.
A leak by another tipster Experience more mentions that the iQOO 14 Pro will have a large straight screen while the OnePlus 14 will also feature the same screen although it will be smaller. There is no mention of the screen’s actual size.
According to past reports, Samsung will offer various types of OLED panels to smartphone manufacturers in 2025.

These are an OLED LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution, an LTPO micro-quad curved panel with a 2K resolution, and an LTPO micro-quad curved screen with 1.5K and 2K resolutions. Hence, considering both leaks, the iQOO 14 Pro display may have a 1.5K resolution.
Other Rumored Specs
In response to a comment about the difference between the base and Pro variants, the first tipster mentions that the Pro variant will encompass a periscope telephoto lens. Both variants are anticipated to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor under their hoods.
