Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is working on its upcoming iQOO 15 series that has at least three smartphones, including the iQOO 15 Mini.
A new report now reveals the key features of the compact handset that is reported to focus on gaming-oriented performance.
The leak appears in the form of a Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station, who is known for accurate predictions most of the time. It highlights all major specifications of the smartphone.
Expected iQOO 15 Mini Specs
According to the leak, two options are considered for the processor of the handset. It is likely to be equipped with either a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor from Qualcomm or a Dimensity 9500+ chip from MediaTek.

The MediaTek processor is speculated to be launched as an overclocked version of the D9500 SoC any time in the second quarter of 2026.
The iQOO 15 Mini will house a flat display. This display will have a size of 6.31 inches.
The leak additionally mentions that work on the small tablet from the brand has currently been shelved.
A previous leak stated another interesting detail about the smartphone. This leak claims that the handset will draw its juice from a humongous battery with a capacity of 7,000 mAh.

The 15 Mini is anticipated to compete with the upcoming OnePlus 15T with a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. Outside the home country, the OnePlus offering will launch with the OnePlus 15s branding.
The base variant iQOO15 is slated to see the light of day this year in October 2025. However, the iQOO 15 Mini and 15 Ultra are reported to have a slightly delayed launch. These smartphones will break cover in the first half of next year. There is no information about the possibility of the iQOO 15 Mini launching outside China.
