Vivo’s iQOO is expected to launch the iQOO 15 series by the end of this year.
It is rumored that the brand would do away with the number 14 because many Asian countries consider the number 4 to be unlucky. A recent leak now shares a few interesting details about the upcoming iQOO 15 Pro.
Expected iQOO 15 Pro Specifications
While the leak by tipster Smart Pikachu does not explicitly mention the name of the handset, it is likely to be the iQOO 15 Pro. This is because the new details fall in line with an earlier leak by Experience more who stated that the standard variant will not have a periscope snapper while the Pro variant will house the same.

Going by the details of the new leak, the 15 Pro will have a flat OLED panel with eye protection and 2K resolution. The screen will also have an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone will have an improved periscope camera. It will also draw its juice from a huge 7,000 mAh battery under its hood.
While the present leak does not say so, it is slated to incorporate the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor. This processor is slated to break cover in October this year.
It is worth noting that these details of the iQOO 15 Pro have not been confirmed by the manufacturer so far. Hence, it is worth considering the above information with a pinch of salt.

As there are still months to go before the launch date, things may change and we may even have confirmed details from the brand.
Interestingly, while all other iQOO flagships had standard and Pro variants, the iQOO 13 had no Pro variant. The iQOO 15 series will include the standard and Pro variants are slated to break cover in the final quarter of 2025.
