Vivo’s sub-brand is gearing up for the launch of its upcoming iQOO 15 series.
The lineup has made its presence in the news circle on and off with a few details about its smartphones, comprising the iQOO 15 and 15 Ultra. A new leak has now emerged in the form of a Weibo post with details about the cameras and the processor of the series.
Expected Camera and Processor Details
The post by tipster Digital chatting station does not mention the iQOO 15 series explicitly. However, from the details available, it is safe to assume that this is the series being mentioned.

The lineup is likely to house a triple camera setup on the back with a resolution of 50 MP for each snapper. The three shooters will be a primary camera, a periscope camera, and an ultra-wide lens. The periscope camera will have a medium-sized sensor and support 3x zoom.
The iQOO 15 series will house a SM8850 processor under the hood. This is likely to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset that is slated to break cover at the 2025 Snapdragon Summit event in September.
Other Rumored iQOO 15 Series Specs
The lineup will incorporate a 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED flat panel with a 2K resolution. The choice of the panel will result in the handsets sporting very narrow bezels on all sides.
The iQOO 15 will come with a huge battery, but the actual size is unclear as of now. On the other hand, the iQOO 15 Ultra will feature at least a 7000 mAh battery with support for 100 W charging.

The iQOO 15 Ultra will have some noteworthy features that make it stand out from the basic variant. These include an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, gaming shoulder triggers, wireless charging support, and an active cooling fan.
The iQOO 15 series is anticipated to launch in October this year. While the iQOO 15 will be available worldwide, the Ultra variant is expected to be offered only in China.
