The iQOO 15 series is expected to include two smartphones, the iQOO 15 and 15 Ultra.

There have been a few rumors about the lineup in the past. A new statement by a company executive during a League of Legends: Wild Rift live event in the home country hints at the series breaking cover soon.  Interestingly, the existence of this lineup was recently confirmed by the brand at the ChinaJoy event.

The standard iQOO 15 and the premium iQOO 15 will share a few common specs like the display, processor, and cameras.

Both handsets will house LTPO OLED displays of size 6.85 inches and a resolution of 2K. Under the hood, they will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor from Qualcomm.

In the camera department, the iQOO 15 series will have three cameras, each with a resolution of 50 MP on the back panel. One of them will be a periscope telephoto snapper with 3x zoom and a medium-sized sensor.

The two smartphones will come with Android 16 topped with OriginOS 6 installed out of the box. They will have large batteries with a capacity of about 7,000 mAh.

The iQOO 15 Ultra will also have a few additional features that distinguish it from the standard variant.

One of the distinguishing features is that the Ultra variant will house dedicated gaming trigger buttons. This feature is bound to make it a gaming-centric handset. The smartphone will also have an inbuilt cooling fan that prevents it from overheating.

It is not likely that the iQOO 15 series will have the same launch date for its handsets. Going by what an earlier report has to say, the iQOO 15 will see the light of day before the end of this year. On the other hand, the iQOO 15 Ultra will break cover in 2026 in the first half of next year.
