Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has started hinting at the arrival of its Neo 10 series smartphones comprising the iQOO Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro in the home country of China.

While the manufacturer has revealed very little information about the handsets, the brand’s product manager who goes by the name Neo_beta on social media has put up a post that will incorporate a gaming chip developed by the manufacturer.

A well-known tipster has earlier shared some major specifications of the handsets on the popular Weibo platform. These details just mentioned that the lineup will have large batteries and their capacities were not stated. The same tipster has now revealed the battery capacity of the smartphones on the same platform and has also gone a step ahead in highlighting the differences between the handsets.

Gaming Chip in the iQOO Neo Lineup

The social media post does not mention the name of the gaming chip that will be used in the lineup. It is expected that this chip will be the SuperComputing Chip Q2 that is implemented in the iQOO 13 as the post makes reference to dual-core performance. However, the post makes it clear that both the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro will benefit from this chip.

Going by the statement by the tipster Digital Chat Station, the iQOO Neo 10 and 10 Pro will have the same silicon 6,100 mAh battery with support for 120 W fast charging. This is in line with the tipster’s earlier post stating that the smartphones will have a bigger battery than the predecessor iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro with a 5160 mAh battery

Difference Between The Two Phones

The primary difference between the Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro is in their processors. The standard variant is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset while the Pro variant will house the Dimensity 9400 processor.
