Vivo’s sub-brand is working on the iQOO Neo lineup that may arrive in the home country soon after the launch of the iQOO 15.
The series is reported to include two smartphones, comprising the Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro.
In response to a comment on Weibo about the upcoming Neo 11 lineup, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared some sparse details about the display and processor of the same.
Expected Display and Processor
According to the reply by the tipster, the series will have a display will have a metal frame in the center. It will have a display with a resolution of 2K.

As for the processor, the Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro will have different chipsets under their hoods. While the base variant will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the Pro variant will house a Dimensity 9500 SoC from MediaTek.
Other iQOO Neo 11 Lineup Rumored Details
Going by past records, both smartphones will have OLED 6.8-inch display panels with an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and an anti-reflective coating.
The handsets will run with Android 16 layered with the brand’s OriginO6 out of the box. They will draw their juice from a huge 7,000 mAh+ battery with 100 W charging support.
No other specifications about the series are available at the moment.

The iQOO Neo 11 lineup is anticipated to see the light of day in China in November or December 2025. It is yet to be known about the possibility of a global launch.
In related news, iQOO is also working on the 15 Ultra as an add-on to the iQOO 15 series. Apart from sharing the same display, processor, battery, and camera setup, the Ultra variant is slated to offer some additional features. These include wireless charging, gaming trigger buttons, and an in-built cooling fan.
