The iQOO Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro are two upcoming tablets from Vivo’s sub-brand.
They are expected to be the successors of the manufacturer’s iQOO Pad 2 series that broke cover last year. According to the manufacturer, the new series will deliver “PC-level performance on a big screen”.
While iQOO is tight-lipped on the specs, tipster Digital Chat Station has let out some key details through a recent Weibo post.
Rumored iQOO Pad 5, Pad 5 Pro Specs
The standard variant of the tablet will house a Dimensity 9300+ processor from MediaTek under its hood. On the other hand, the Pro variant will come equipped with a Dimensity 9400+ chipset.

Both slates will house LCD panels. The iQOO Pad 5 will come with a 12.1-inch panel and a resolution of 2.8 K. In contrast, the Pad 5 Pro will feature a slightly bigger 13-inch panel and a better resolution of 3.1 K. The refresh rates of the tablets are not known at the moment.
The battery size of the two tablets is unclear at this point in time. However, while the battery in the standard variant will support 44 W fast charging, the Pro variant will be powered by a battery with 66 W fast charging support.
The iQOO Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro are categorized as flagship tablets for the year by the brand. The tipster’s track record has shown that the details presented by him/her are accurate most of the time.

Yet, it is advisable to consider them with a grain of salt as the manufacturer has not affirmed any of the details.
iQOO will host a launch event in its home country this month to release its Neo 10 Pro+ and Watch 5. The iQOO Pad lineup will also be unveiled in the same launch event.
