A recent 3C certification listing revealed an upcoming iQOO Z9 Turbo variant on the platform.
Interestingly, the iQOO Z9x, Z9 as well as Z9 Turbo were launched by the manufacturer in the home country China in the first half of 2024. The three variants were succeeded by the Z9 Turbo+.
While the Z9 Turbo houses a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor along with a 6000 mAh battery; the Z9 Turbo+ is powered by a Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset and a larger 6,400 mAh battery.
3C Certification Listing
The 3C Certification listing does not mention the name of the smartphone. The listing only reveals the model number V2352GA. It also mentions that the handset supports 5G connectivity and will be equipped with an 80 W charger featuring model number V8073L0E0-CN.
It can be safely assumed that the smartphone being referenced is an iQOO Z9 Turbo variant as its model number is similar to that of the Z9 Turbo with the model number V2352A.
Z9 Turbo Variant Details
According to a tipster who goes by the name Perfectly arranged digital, the new handset will be named iQOO Z9 Turbo Long-Life Version. He claims that the smartphone will inherit the specifications of both the Z9 Turbo and Z9 Turbo+. It will have the big 6,400 mAh battery of the Z9 Turbo+ while all other features will be the same as the standard Z9 Turbo.
iQOO Z9 Turbo Specifications
The iQOO Z9 Turbo has a flat OLED panel of 6.78 inches in size and features a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a resolution of 1.5K. It is characterized by an in-screen fingerprint sensor and has a dedicated display to improve the gaming experience.

The handset offers up to 512 GB storage and 16 GB RAM. The back panel sports two cameras with 50 MP and 8 MP resolutions. On the front, there is a 16 MP camera for selfies and video calls.
As the iQOO Z9 Turbo variant has been spotted on the 3C platform, it can be expected that there will be an imminent launch in China.
