Electronic Arts will soon launch the trailer for the Life and Death expansion pack by The Sims 4. Before treating the fans with the trailer, EA decided to show them a teaser that would give them a brief idea about what they should expect from the expansion pack. The teaser, which has quite a lot of footage, is well-structured and manages to send a shiver down one’s spine.

The reveal of the Life and Death expansion pack came as a surprise for fans. The community, however, was expecting this ever since the mysterious placeholder pages for pre-orders came to the fore. The teaser for the Life and Death expansion pack is just nine seconds long and gives one some idea of what one should expect when the trailer comes out. In this very short time frame, the teaser admirably shows a plethora of things including the eerie world. In the teaser, one can see a Sim adorning a cloak which is very similar to the kind of cloak the Grim wears. One also sees a white skull symbol on the backside of the dark undergarment. The presence of candles, dark wallpaper and books add to the gothic environment.

The teaser says, “embrace what comes next” and that intrigues one further. The different elements one saw in the teaser, along with this tagline, have made a lot of fans hopeful about getting the opportunity to play as the Reaper. When one goes to a Reddit thread, one realizes fans have come up with a plethora of other theories about the Life and Death expansion pack.
