If a player chooses to explore colder biomes, they will come across thick-coated animals adapting themselves to harsh weather conditions. Warm biome variants, on the other hand, will feature lighter fur and different skin tones.

They will be responsible for bringing an atmospheric glow to the environment. Through this addition, night-time exploration in the game would become much smoother.
This update will also be upgrading the vegetation. It will result in the addition of new plants like wildflowers, cactus flowers and different types of flora. Since deserts will now be filled with unique sounds, they will not feel barren anymore. Along with falling leaves, leaf litter, too, will be introduced in the game. This will result in forests and wooded areas coming across as more dynamic.
Through this update, Mojang is not just introducing new content in the game. It is also revamping old mechanics to enhance gameplay. In the Creative Mode, fans can also look forward to spawn eggs getting redesigned. Till now, one could differentiate the similar-looking spawn eggs through their colors.

Now, spawn mobs will go through a visual alteration to resemble the mob they spawn. They would be seen in different sizes and these sizes will represent the creatures they produce. This change will result in the Creative Mode becoming more organized and user-friendly.
