Realme 14 Pro+ Camera Specs Tipped; Might Come with a Sensor Found Only in High-end Phones

Interesting details about the Realme 14 Pro+ along with the non-plus variant Realme 14 Pro have emerged in the last month.

A new report now shares some impressive and promising insights about the cameras alone of the Realme 14 Pro+ smartphone. The 14 Pro may also have a similar setup.

Expected Realme 14 Pro+ Camera Details

The smartphone will have a triple-camera setup on the back and a selfie camera on the front. Among the three cameras on the rear, the periscope shooter is the key highlight.

The periscope camera will be equipped with a Sony IMX882 sensor featuring support for triple-light reflection. Its sensor will have a 50 MP resolution and support OIS along with up to 120x hybrid zoom and 3x optical zoom. What makes this snapper special is that this configuration is usually found only in high-end smartphones.

The main camera of the 14 Pro+ will be an IMX896 sensor with a 50 MP resolution, OIS support, an f/1.8 aperture, and a focal length of 24 mm. Additionally, the 2x in-sensor lossless zoom will help the snapper deliver excellent shots without compromising on quality.

The final camera will be an ultra-wide sensor with an 8 MP resolution, a f/2.2 aperture, and a 112° field of view.

On the front, the handset will have a shooter with a resolution of 32 MP, eye-tracking autofocus, and a f/2.0 aperture for video calls and selfies.

Going by what tipster Digital Chat Station has to say, the 14 Pro+ will have a quad-curved 6.83-inch display with a 1.5K resolution. The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset and a 6000 mAh battery with support for 80 W flash charging. The handset will also incorporate a short-focus fingerprint sensor.

The Realme 14 Pro and 14 Pro+ will be launched by the manufacturer on the 22nd of January 2025, which is the same time Samsung will unveil its Galaxy S25 series.
