Realme GT 7 Pro (RMX5011) Clears NBTC Certification; Global Launch Likely Soon

Realme is gearing up for the launch of its flagship Realme GT 7 Pro smartphone in China before the end of the month.

The Realme GT 7 Pro smartphone will be one of the first handsets in the country to be packed with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Interestingly, it will also be the first smartphone to have a global launch with the same processor.

The smartphone was recently spotted on Thailand’s NBTC Certification platform. As with any listing on this platform, no details were revealed. The only information available is that the handset is associated with the model number RMX5011. However, this listing offers assurance that the global launch of the Realme smartphone can be expected any time soon.

Expected Realme GT 7 Pro Specifications

As mentioned above, the GT 7 Pro will encompass a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. This will be accompanied by 16 GB RAM and a huge storage of up to 1 TB.

The smartphone is likely to have a triple camera setup on its back panel. The three cameras comprise a LYT-700 50 MP main camera with OIS support, a LYT-600 50 MP telephoto periscope shooter with support for 3x optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. The handset will also encompass a 32 MP camera in the front for selfies and video calls.

For the display panel, the smartphone will comprise an AMOLED 6.78-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of 1.5K. Realme will offer an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for the first time in this handset.

The handset is slated to come with a large 6,500 mAh battery with 120 W rapid charging support.  It is likely to have an IP 68/69-rated chassis and metal frames on its sides. The Realme GT 7 Pro will come with Android 15 layered with Realme UI 6 and is anticipated to hit the Indian subcontinent in November as a competitor to the iQOO 13 which is slated to arrive a month later in December.
