The Redmi 15 5G and 4G variants have been spotted on various certification websites.

The 5G variant, in particular, has been listed on the BIS, FCC, IMEI, and IMDA platforms, confirming an international launch.

Following the listings, a post on the popular X platform by tipster Md.Yasin reveals the renders and specifications of the smartphone.

Render Details

The Redmi 5G will come in three color options of grey, black, and green. While the grey and black models have a plain back panel, the green option comes with a patterned panel.

The volume and power buttons are on the right side of the smartphone. The top left of the back panel has a rectangular camera module with two snappers and an LED flash.

Redmi 15 5G Specs

The handset has an FHD+ display. The display has a size of 6.9 inches and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.

In the processor department, the smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm 6s Gen 3 chipset. This is paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. There is also 8 GB of extended RAM. There may be other RAM and storage options as well. It will come with the brand’s HyperOS installed.

The two cameras on the front are a primary camera with a resolution of 50 MP and a secondary camera with a 2 MP resolution. The front-facing camera for selfies and video calls has a resolution of 8 MP.

The Redmi 15 5G draws its juice from a massive 7,000 mAh battery. The battery supports 33 W fast charging and lasts two days when it has been fully charged.

The smartphone supports other features like NFC support, Wet Touch 2.0, and Google Gemini. It has an IP 64 rating.

The 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage option has a price range of RM 699 to RM 750. The manufacturer is still tight-lipped about the official launch announcement. However, with things having progressed so far, the Redmi 15 5G is slated to break cover soon.
