Xiaomi’s brand Redmi is gearing up to set the stage for its K90 lineup that will have at least two smartphones, including the Redmi K90 Pro.
Following the listing of the model numbers of the handsets in the IMEI database, a new leak has emerged with key details about the Pro variant.
Expected K90 Pro Specs
The leak comes in the form of a Weibo post by well-known tipster Digital Chatting Station. While the name of the smartphone has not been revealed, it is safe to assume that the post is about the Redmi K90 Pro.

According to the post, the handset will house a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor under its hood. It will also have a periscope camera as one of the rear shooters.
The K90 Pro will have a comparatively big X-axis motor and have a middle frame made of metal. The smartphone will also house an in-display 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and symmetrical dual speakers. All these features are expected to help the handset render the premium experience offered by a flagship.
The same tipster has also shared some other details about the Redmi K90 Pro in the past. Going by these details, the smartphone will have an RGB OLED LTPS flat display that is 6.59 inches in size. The display panel will sport a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of 2K.
The handset will incorporate an OmniVision OV5Q periscope sensor. This sensor will feature a size of 1/1.3 inches and a resolution of 50 MP.

Further details of the K90 Pro are unclear for now. Also, as the manufacturer has not mentioned any official details, the information presented must be considered with a pinch of salt, as they can change later.
If the brand adopts the same strategy as its predecessors, the Redmi K90 Pro may be exclusive to China. It could be rebranded as the Poco F8 Ultra for a global launch.
