The Note 14 series is slated to include three models, the Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro, and Redmi Note 14 Pro+.
Redmi Note 14 Series Design
The Weibo poster shows two Redmi Note 14 series smartphones with a squircle design for the camera setup. In other words, the four cameras will be surrounded by a square frame with curved corners.
In one smartphone, the camera sensors merge with the camera module and the lenses are covered by a glass panel. In the other handset, the camera sensors portray a slight protrusion from their module and have prominent rings around them. The lenses appear uncovered in this model. It is not clear which of the two smartphones are revealed.
Specifications of the Note 14 Series
Although the screen size is unclear at the moment, it is said that the base Note 14 model will offer a 1.5K AMOLED display whilst the Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ feature a 1.5 OLED curved display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
All three models are expected to come with a 50 MP triple camera setup on the back. In the front, there will be a 32 MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
Processor and Battery
The Redmi Note 14 is expected to support a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 14 Pro might feature the recent Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC. The Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is likely to have a Dimensity 7350 chipset.
The vanilla Redmi Note 14 will feature a charging upgrade to 45 W over its predecessor. A recent report states that the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ was spotted with the model number 24115RA8EG on the 3C certification website with 90 W fast charging support.
