The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge was teased by the brand at the last Unpacked event when it launched the Galaxy 25 series.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will soon join the lineup and be positioned between the S25 Plus and the S25 Ultra, and it is not likely that there will be a separate launch event. The smartphone is expected to have the same AI features as the other handsets in the series.
A new post on Weibo talks about the countries where the smartphone will be launched. In the leak, the reliable tipster Ice Universe mentions that the handset will be launched only in South Korea and China. It also hints that the launch will take place in other countries at a later date.
As a reply to a comment on the post, the tipster states that Samsung has opted for China as the second preference apart from the home country because it is anticipating major sales in the country. Moreover, the restricted launch could be the brand’s method of checking the market response to the S25 Edge.
Expected Specs
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will have an AMOLED 6.6-inch display panel with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. The display will have a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 2K resolution.
