Samsung is gearing towards the release of its next-generation flagships comprising the Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ have now been approved by the China-based 3C certification authority. Interestingly, the Galaxy S25 Ultra received the same approval earlier this month that highlighted its satellite connectivity support.
Galaxy S25 and S25+ 3C Certification
The 3C Certification platform reveals the model numbers of the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ as SM-S9310 and SM-S9360 respectively. The vanilla model, the Galaxy S25 will offer support for 25 W rapid charging. On the other hand, the higher-end S25+ will deliver 45 W fast charging support.

There will be no change to the fast charging support when compared to the Galaxy S24 series. Like its predecessors, the Galaxy S25 series will also be available in retail stores without a charger.
Other S25 Series Specifications
According to earlier reports, the base model will be powered by a 4000 mAh battery. In contrast, the Plus variant will come with a larger 4,900 mAh battery. The Ultra model will house the biggest battery with a 5000 mAh battery. All three models will support wireless and reverse wireless charging apart from the standard wired charging.
As for the processor, all three Galaxy S25 models are anticipated to house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy chipset under the hood.
With respect to the display, the Samsung Galaxy S25 will have the smallest screen size of 6.2 inches. The S25+ will have a bigger screen of 6.7 inches. On the other hand, the screen of the S25 Ultra will be 6.8 inches which makes it a tad bigger than that of the Plus model.
The three smartphones are slated to hit the shelves of retailers in the first quarter of 2025.
