With the launch of the Galaxy S25 lineup approaching, more details about the smartphones, including the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, have been leaked.
They have also been listed on various platforms. The US variant of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra handset has now been spotted on the Camera FV-5 platform. At the same time, a recent report highlights the smartphone’s memory options.
Camera FV-5 Listing
The Galaxy S25 Ultra for the US market has been listed on the Camera FV-5 platform with its model number SM-S938U. The listing does not mention the name of the handset. Although the smartphone is reported to come with a quad-camera setup, the database listing reveals the details of only one sensor that is slated to be the main camera.

According to the listing, the snapper has a 4080 x 3060 image resolution, EIS stabilization, support for JPEG/DNG picture formats, a f/1.7 aperture, and a focal length of 23.2 mm. The handset will also support a 12-3200 ISO range, auto/manual focusing, and a 1/11,977 – 1/6 manual exposure range.
Memory Options
Going by the latest leak by tipster Jukanlosreve, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with two RAM options of 12 GB and 16 GB. On the other hand, there will be storage options of 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.
This is in line with an earlier leak by another tipster Ice Universe who claimed that the smartphone will support 16 GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Camera and Processor Details
As per earlier reports, the quad-camera setup of the S25 Ultra is said to be a Samsung HP2 primary snapper with 200 MP resolution, a 5x lens telephoto camera with 50 MP resolution, an ultra-wide angle Samsung JN3 camera, and a telephoto 3x sensor with 10 MP resolution.

Under the hood, the handset is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset worldwide.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is slated to be launched in January 2025 along with the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra variants.
