Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Primary Camera and Battery Details Tipped

Galaxy S26 Ultra

The Galaxy S26 series, including the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, has found its way into the rumor arena much ahead of its launch.

A new piece of news has now emerged with the possible primary camera and battery details of the Ultra variant.

While a GalaxyClub report shares very few details about the primary camera of the smartphone, reliable tipster Ice Universe has posted about the battery capacity and size.

Camera Details

Going by the report, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is likely to have the same primary camera with a resolution of 200 MP as its predecessor, the S25 Ultra. However, it is unclear if the sensor details will remain the same as before. If it does, it may be a disappointment for at least some Samsung fans.

Battery Capacity and Size

According to the X post, the upcoming smartphone will follow the footsteps of the Galaxy S25 Ultra and house a 5,000 mAh battery.

However, it is expected to have better energy density, which can contribute to longer battery life. The battery will also have a smaller physical size, resulting in a handset with less thickness.

The charging capability is also bound to see an improvement because of a new technology that the brand will adopt to lower the battery temperature when the smartphone is charging.

Other Rumored Galaxy S26 Ultra Specs

The S26 Ultra will come with an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor from Qualcomm under its hood.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and the other smartphones in the Galaxy S26 lineup are not anticipated to see the light of day before January 2026. Since this is a long way to go, things may change with time. Hence, it is best to consider these details with a grain of salt.
