Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 (SM-F7660), Z Fold 7 (SM-F9660) Spotted on 3C Certification Platform

Samsung is actively working on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7.

While the rumor mill has churned out several details about its next-generation foldables, they have been spotted on the 3C certification platform giving an insight into their charging details.

The 3C Certification listings do not reveal the names of the smartphones. However, it refers to the Galaxy Z Flip 7 with the model number SM-F7660 and the Galaxy Z Fold 7 with the model number SM-F9660.

The listings also mention that the handsets will be compatible with an adapter with the model number EP-TA800. They will offer 25 W wired charging support. However, the same listings also make it clear that the foldables will be sold without an adapter.

Expected Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7 Specs

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 will feature a 4-inch cover display and a 6.85-inch inner display. In contrast, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will house bigger outer and inner displays of sizes 6.5 inches and 8.2 inches respectively.

The Z Flip 7 will have a 4,300 mAh battery under its hood. The predecessor Galaxy Z Fold 6 is powered by a slightly smaller 4,000 mAh battery.

The Z Fold 7 will come with a resolution of 200 MP for its main camera. Its under-display camera sensor will also be better than that of its predecessor.

For the processor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 will house the manufacturer’s Exynos 2500 processor under its hood. On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will incorporate a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from Qualcomm.

The manufacturer is slated to launch its foldables in the latter half of 2025. If Samsung decides to follow the same timeline as the Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6, we are likely to see the upcoming smartphones break cover sometime in July.
