Back in 2018, when an official announcement about The Elder Scrolls 6 was made, it made fans believe the game would be ready in a few years’ time. We are in 2025 and there is still no sign of the game. While different people associated with the project have shared some vague updates from time to time, no information received so far has given one a proper idea of when the game could see the light of day.
The Elder Scrolls 5, which was launched in the year 2011, stood out because of many of its features, including strong character advancement, striking visuals, immersive world design and combat mechanisms.

While the game continues to enjoy a lot of popularity, one cannot overlook the fact that it has been around for more than a decade and it is high time fans get introduced to the next entry in the franchise.
As per a recent report, Bethesda has hired the services of a writer named John Dombrow from BioWare to work on the narrative of The Elder Scrolls 6. This writer is also expected to work on Fallout 5 in the near future.
As a game developer, BioWare has had its share of hits and misses in the recent past. Dombrow, however, has lent his expertise to several popular titles in the past. This is one of the reasons why one expects him to do some good work on The Elder Scrolls 6.
One of the recent projects that Dombrow has worked on is Dragon Age: The Veilguard. On this particular project, Dombrow was given the responsibility of shaping up Davrim, which emerged as one of the best characters from the game. Some of the other titles he has worked on include Mass Effect: Andromeda, Mass Effect 3 and Anthem.

According to freshly circulated reports, Dombrow has been given the designation of senior quest designer. At the moment, however, there is not much clarity on the projects he will be a part of.
Given the fact that not much has been said about The Elder Scrolls 6 till now, one is not sure about the amount of work Dombrow will be doing on the project. However, looking at the kind of experience Dombrow has amassed over the years, one expects them to add some good value to the much-awaited game.
