Gamers should notice a significant reduction in ailments once this patch goes live!
Every time, a new update or patch is rolled out for The Sims 4, fans expect a few quirks to be associated with it. Very recently, fans stumbled upon the realization that the freshly introduced ailments from Enchanted by Nature are a little too aggressive in nature.
All this has resulted in the Sims getting affected by ailments that have a direct impact on their moods. As voiced by many fans, this is something that needs immediate attention. A lot of Simmers also believe that this issue is stopping them from exploring the new Apothecary skill to its fullest. Electronic Arts has just confirmed that a fix for this ailment will be rolled out soon. This particular patch, as confirmed by EA, will also drive away several bugs.

Those who have been playing The Sims games for a long time would acknowledge the fact that the presence of bugs adds to the excitement of playing them. However, these bugs do not act as interesting quirks all the time. There are occasions when the presence of some of the bugs end up frustrating the players and leads them to quit the game altogether. At the moment, a lot of players are unhappy with the frequency with which they are encountering ailments in Enchanted by Nature. Now, @TheSimsDirect, the official Sims support page present on X, has officially confirmed that a new patch will be introduced in the coming week.
According to EA, this particular patch has been designed to reduce the frequency of ailments by 75%. This, in turn, will give players the opportunity to engage in a variety of things other than healing the newest plague of their Sims.

Since there will be an improvement in balance, the frequency of ailments will get reduced further organically. After the rollout of this patch, fans will have a clearer idea about the extent to which this issue gets fixed.
Once the new update is out, EA is expected to share further information about the workings of the ailments. The developers could also share pertinent details about when one would be able to see the wings of Fairy Sims. Apart from fixing some of the aforementioned issues, some of the other concerns raised by fans in the official Sims 4 forums will be addressed in this new patch.
