Vivo is working on introducing a new S series that includes the Vivo S30 Pro Mini.

This lineup will succeed the S20 lineup comprising the S20 and S20 Pro that were released earlier in December last year. While the manufacturer is tight-lipped about the smartphone, a leak has emerged revealing its key details.

The leak has made its way in the form of a post on Weibo by popular tipster Digital Chat Station. It hints at the processor, display, camera, and battery details of the handset.

The post does not mention the exact name of the smartphone but refers to it as just Pro Mini. Hence, it is likely to refer to the S30 Pro Mini, especially as an earlier report suggests that there would be no S21 series and the Vivo S20 lineup would be followed by a S30 series.

The Vivo S30 Pro Mini will be powered by a Dimensity 9300+ processor from MediaTek under its hood. The processor could alternatively be known as Dimensity 9400e.

The handset will have a 6.31-inch 2.5D flat display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of 2460 x 1216 or 1.5K. In an earlier post, the same tipster mentioned that the smartphone will have an LTPO OLED panel.

As for the cameras, the S30 Pro Mini will have a 50 MP camera in the front for video calls and selfies.

There will be two cameras in the back, each with a 50 MP resolution. The leak also hints at the possibility of a third camera. The two 50 MP cameras mentioned are a main camera and a telephoto lens.

Although the exact battery size is not mentioned, the smartphone is reported to house a huge battery with support for 90 W flash charging.
